SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all our mythical creatures by Royal Mail Tracked 48hr.
We charge a set fee for delivery and this is £3.50
Orders placed over £45.00 will be despatched free of charge.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for the postage costs associated with returns and items must be returned via a Tracked Service.
No products may be returned to The Evermore without the prior written consent of The Evermore and are subject to a return charge.
